EXPECTED IMPACT AND EVALUATION

 

  • To produce confident young women with healthy self esteem who can influence the decision making systems in society.
  • Reduce the number of school drop-outs, teenage mothers, and drug and substance abuse.
  • Create awareness on the knowledge of HIV/AIDS and how to avoid contracting it.
  • To produce ambitious young women leaders in different career fields.
  • Foster a culture of saving and investment by young women in their future financial position.
  • Re-assessments will be done on a yearly basis to determine how successful the program has been in the lives of these girls.
  • Mentored girls will be expected to be role models to others and encourage more to join the program.
  • Beneficiaries of the program will be expected to develop informal groups in the communities to enhance the future sustainability of our objectives.
  • Evaluation will be accomplished by use of questionnaires, feedback notes and site visits.
